In relation to your comment on her profile, no, whitedog didn't block you. Her deviations aren't going into people's inboxes due to a glitch, she's contacted DA about it.
If you were blocked you wouldn't be able to comment on her profile or deviations. I would know ^-^'. I wouldn't be hostile or anything, there are a lot of things that can get you blocked... That's why I'm commenting here. Making long comment threads is what got me blocked P:
Take a look at her FAQ if you can, it'll give you an idea on what not to do to get blocked xD
